The holiday home for 5 persons has a bathroom and two bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds, a double bed and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with a TV and a heather. In addition there is a barbecue, a balcony or terrace, a garden and a set of garden furniture. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, a washbasin, a bidet and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer, a washing machine and a Internet connection (wireless).

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, a coffee maker, a stovetop and an oven.

The open kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. Firenze Airport is 42 km away. Optional Utilities & Service Package. An optional utilities and service package of EUR 80,00 can be selected prior to your arrival. You will receive a separate communication with the payment link should you wish to include it. This package ensures a seamless stay and conveniently covers services such as final cleaning, utility consumption, service support, and protection against minor damages or incidental costs during your stay. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
