This romantic natural stone house is an oasis on the foothills of Monte Amiata, harmoniously nestled into nature in a great panoramic location and with light rooms. The owners live on the ground floor.

It is an ideal place to simply enjoy the landscape from the terrace. There are no fences and the field track ends at the property.

The apartment is ideal for 2-3 people, or parents with 2 children. You enter from the terrace, which has an antique stone washbasin and a pizza oven, into the living room with a fireplace stove, a kitchen unit and a sofa bed. It also has a double bedroom with two windows, a little room with a sofa bed and two windows, and a spacious bathroom with a bath. All the windows afford an open view into the valley or of cypresses, meadows with olive trees and plenty of gorse.

You can set out on foot on exploratory tours of the pristine nature.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
