The apartment is quietly arranged over the first floor of a modern two-story building and enjoys a generous open-plan living space which opens onto the terrace and incorporates a modern kitchen and dining room. This area is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed, an armchair, a Smart flat-screen TV and a dining table. The kitchen is fitted with a drip coffee machine, a cooker hob, a microwave and a fridge.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
