This delightful apartment is centrally located in Arco, a picturesque town just 10 minutes north of Lake Garda and widely regarded as the rock climbing capital of Italy. The town's most striking feature, the Castello di Arco, is perched on a rocky hill overlooking the valley and Lake Garda. It can be reached by a scenic 10 minute walk or a quick 6 minute drive from the apartment.

The main living area is bright and comfortable, furnished with a plush double sofa bed, a Smart flatscreen TV, and a dining table for shared meals. The adjoining modern kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee machine, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge freezer, providing everything needed for a relaxed self-catering stay. The contemporary bathroom includes a shower, bidet, washbasin, and WC, all finished with modern fittings.

Just a short drive away, Lake Garda offers a variety of water activities including sailing, windsurfing, and swimming. The nearest beach, located in Riva del Garda, is only 10 minutes away by car. During winter, guests can access several ski areas, such as Snowpark Monte Bondone (about 50 minutes away) and the beginner-friendly slopes of Mori (around 30 minutes away).

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
