A cozy, wooden holiday apartment at the foot of the Seiser Alm, in the heart of the Dolomites. Lovingly furnished and decorated with attention to detail. Look forward to your holiday with a large balcony and breathtaking views of the Schlern mountain.

Built according to ecological building principles with natural, local materials, this holiday apartment features solid wood furniture, oak flooring, and cotton fabrics. The apartment includes a dishwasher, a beautiful tiled stove, a kettle, and a 32" LCD flat-screen TV.
The house boasts a well-maintained garden, a large lawn, and a sun terrace. We have a vegetable garden and a herb garden and offer a bread delivery service as well as breakfast with homemade products.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
