Ideally located just about 200 metres from the village centre, it offers both convenience and tranquility. The residence stands in a sunny and panoramic position, boasting a splendid view of the Pale di San Martino. Designed in classic mountain style, it features 63 well-appointed apartments.

Guests can unwind in the AquaVitalis wellness area, which includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, tepidarium, cold well, and relaxation area. Additional amenities include a children’s playground, games room with table tennis, mountain bike storage, bar, and parking facilities, as well as a lift for easy access to all floors.

During the summer months of July and August, guests can enjoy a lively entertainment and baby club program organized by the San Martino di Castrozza team. Activities include sports tournaments, guided hikes and mountain bike excursions, traditional polenta tastings, and evening entertainment such as theatrical performances.

A Wi-Fi connection is available throughout the building, ensuring guests can stay connected while enjoying the charm and serenity of this beautiful mountain retreat.

This two-room apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a cozy living room with a traditional stube and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a spacious sleeping area with either a double bed or two single beds, separated from the living area by a sliding door. The apartment also includes a bathroom and a balcony for added comfort.

The distance to the cable cars is 200 meters from the Col Verde lifts and 800 meters from the Tognola and Ces lifts. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
