This peaceful, second-floor retreat is nestled just 600 meters from the center of Tenno and seven kilometers from Riva del Garda. Located in a historic, three-story building, the apartment offers a practical and comfortable home base for two guests. Set in the charming medieval village of Tenno, the apartment enjoys a quiet position high in the foothills above Lake Garda. The nearest restaurant and supermarket are less than a 5- and 10-minute walk away, respectively. The nearest international airport, Valerio Catullo (Verona–Villafranca Airport), is about an hour and 15 minutes away by car.
 

This inviting apartment is set on the second floor of a historic three-story building and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and lakes. The cozy open-plan living area opens onto a small balcony, which is perfect for enjoying the fresh air. The living area has a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a flat-screen TV. The compact kitchen is well-equipped with a cooker hob, oven, microwave, fridge, and Moka coffee machine.

The bedroom is designed for relaxation and features a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, washbasin, and toilet, offering all the essential amenities in a clean, functional layout.

The area is renowned for its stunning natural landscapes, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards—including the Cantine Naturali Torboli winery, just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. Guests will find a restaurant within a 5-minute walk and a supermarket less than 10 minutes away on foot.

Popular local excursions include the crystal-clear waters of Lago di Tenno, the charming medieval streets of Canale di Tenno, and the dramatic Cascate del Varone waterfall and caves—all within a 10-minute drive. The nearby hills and trails offer excellent opportunities for outdoor adventures, such as scenic hikes from Lake Tenno to Canale di Tenno.

For a change of pace, the stylish lakeside town of Riva del Garda is just a 12–15-minute drive away. There, visitors can enjoy swimming, diving, and windsurfing at Spiaggia Sabbioni or Pini Beach, rent a boat, or explore the lively historic center with highlights like Piazza III Novembre, the Apponale Tower, and the medieval MAG – Museo Alto Garda.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
