The house is situated in a quiet and sunny location with magnificent views towards the Langkofel and Sella Group. The apartment is located on the second floor of the Wurdengeja house, is 85m² in size, and is ideal for 6 people.

The apartment consists of three double bedrooms. In 2024, the rooms were renovated to improve energy efficiency, including the installation of new windows. The carpets were replaced with high-quality vinyl flooring. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room with a sofa, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a safe, and a large balcony with stunning views. Also available are: private parking, a lovely lawn for relaxation, and a ski room with boot dryers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
