Bath/bidet/WC, shower/bidet/WC. Heating available only from 01.12. to 01.05. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi). Predazzo: Apartment block, 3 storeys. In the centre of Predazzo, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 2.3 km from the skiing area. Heating available only from 01.Dec. - 01.May.. Supermarket 400 m, bakery 500 m, café 5 m, bus stop 500 m. Nearby attractions: Bolzano 50 km, Moena 9 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Latemar Dolomites/Pampeago 2.3 km, Skiarea Alpe Lusia-San Pellegrino 20 km, Col Rodella 24 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Biolago Predazzo 1.7 km, Lago di Carezza 28 km. Please note: no lift.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
