Detailed information
The house is located on the edge of the village, protected to the north by a thick row of trees, and opens towards the south where you can admire the valley and the magnificent Brenta Dolomites (a Unesco heritage site).
It has an area of 230 square metres and consists of a triple living room with large panoramic windows, equipped with a sofa area with TV, a fireplace corner, a dining table and a large kitchen equipped with a bar counter. Three double rooms with dedicated bathroom, including a romantic suite with TV and view of the large lawn and the village of Tres. On the ground floor there is a garage and a laundry room. Two mountain bikes and a baby cot are provided. Around the house there is a sun terrace, a balcony and a porch with a table for outdoor dining in front of the mountains. The garden and lawn of about 3,500 square metres surround the house.
The wide and relaxing Non Valley is characterised by the apple orchards that cover its slopes and the streams that have carved countless canyons over time, creating fascinating waterfalls. Climbing to higher altitudes, one finds lush forests, green meadows and pastures before reaching the scenic mountain ranges. Halfway up the hillside on the eastern side of Val di Non lies the village of Tres where, in addition to the tranquillity that characterises it, you can find gardens equipped with games for children, a central bar with newspapers, a supermarket for shopping, a restaurant, a church, sports facilities, a bank and the Proloco for all information on the area and current events. A visit to the Churches of San Rocco and Sant'Agnese is also recommended. The village is nestled between cultivated fields and woods that immediately behind it offer the possibility of healthy walks (there is a fitness trail) and outings by bicycle or on horseback.
We recommend a trip to the famous and romantic Lake Tovel and a visit to the ancient Sanctuary of San Romedio or the imposing Castel Thun. Art lovers can travel to the important museums of Trento (MUSE), Rovereto (MART) and Bolzano (MUSEION and Archaeological Museum where Ötzi, the Iceman, is exhibited). Ski enthusiasts can quickly reach the slopes of Andalo and Marilleva (connected to Folgarida and Madonna di Campiglio). Marilleva can also be reached by train through Val di Non.
