Exit to the garden. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, freezer). Bath/bidet/WC. Heating, boiler (75 litres). Heating available only from 01.11. to 30.04. On the lower ground floor: (spiral staircase), 1 room, without window with 2 x 2 bunk beds (80 cm, length 190 cm), 1 sleeping facility (1 x 80 cm, length 190 cm). Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Very beautiful view of the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds (extra). Please note: apartment courtyard side. Non-smokers only.
