Our new dream holiday apartment, Praepositus, is characterized by its abundance of light and spaciousness. Lovingly furnished with high-quality interiors, it offers a magnificent view. Natural, local materials create an atmosphere of peace and comfort. The centerpiece of our apartment is your private loggia – the ideal outdoor relaxation spot with breathtaking views and comfortable seating.
We also offer another holiday apartment for our guests: a 60m² apartment with a bedroom with a double bed, a private sauna (Finnish, bio-steam, and infrared), a bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a loggia with comfortable seating, and a private parking space in the underground garage.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
