The resort village is just a 9-minute drive from Riva del Garda, 14 minutes from the waterfalls and scenic trails of ‘Parco Grotta Cascata Varone,’ and within an hour's drive of Verona and Valerio Catullo Airport.

The 1st floor holiday retreat features a bright and spacious layout, with an open plan living room, a double sofa bed, a flat screen TV, and a large family kitchen diner. The living room leads out onto a large sunny private balcony, perfect for alfresco dining. The master double bedroom has balcony access and a small TV. The spacious family shower room is equipped with a shower cubicle, wash basin, WC, and bidet.

The surrounding area of Torbole sul Garda offers a picturesque setting with a quaint harbour, Old Customs house, and 15th century Casa Beust. Visitors can enjoy water sports, mountain bike excursions, walks, and treks in the beautiful landscape. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
