This charming apartment is quietly situated in the picturesque town of Torbole sul Garda. Occupying the first floor of a three-story building, it is just a two-minute walk from the lakeshore. Located in the heart of town, the apartment offers easy access to the scenic waterfront promenade, colorful harbor, and historic Casa del Dazio. The nearest international airport is Verona Villafranca Airport (VRN), which is approximately an hour's drive from the apartment.

The apartment is bright and airy, featuring a spacious open-plan living area with a comfortable sofa, a dining table, and a Smart flatscreen TV. The living space also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, cooker hob, oven, microwave, and fridge freezer, offering everything needed for a self-catering stay.The bedroom is generously sized and furnished with a cozy double bed and a large wardrobe, while the modern bathroom is fitted with a shower, bidet, washbasin, and WC.

Once a quiet fishing village, Torbole has become an international hotspot for windsurfing, thanks to the reliable Ora and Pelér winds. Visitors can also enjoy paddleboarding, sailing, or kayaking on the lake. For a more relaxed pace, a beach is just a 2-minute walk from the apartment, while the Garda Thermae spa can be reached in a 9-minute drive or a 15-minute walk.

Inland, the medieval village of Arco is only a 15-minute drive away, offering climbing walls, castle ruins, and botanical gardens. The surrounding area is rich with hiking and mountain biking opportunities, from the panoramic Sentiero Busatte Tempesta (6-minute drive) to trails through Monte Baldo and the Alto Garda Natural Park (25-minute drive), making it a paradise for hikers, paragliders, and outdoor enthusiasts.

Another appealing excursion is the historic town of Riva del Garda, just 20 minutes by car, with its elegant piazzas, lakeside cafés, castle, and excellent local cuisine. For self-catering, Riva del Garda’s weekly market on Wednesday and Friday mornings offers fresh local produce, while a selection of restaurants and a grocery store can be found within a minute’s walk of the apartment.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
