Our modern "Morgensonne" holiday flat is the ideal place for your relaxing holiday in the mountains. On 40 m² you can enjoy a cosy ambience, perfect for couples or small families. The spacious balcony offers you a marvellous view of the Dolomites and the surrounding alpine meadows.
A well-equipped kitchen is harmoniously integrated into the living area and invites you to cook and relax together. A comfortable double bed in the bedroom ensures restful nights, while a comfortable sofa bed is available in the living area. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin, towels and hairdryer.
Our house is situated in a sunny, secluded location, surrounded by meadows and forests, with a marvellous view of the Isarco Valley, Val Pusteria and the majestic Dolomites. In summer, wonderful hikes start right outside the front door, and in winter you can reach the lifts to the "Gitschberg-Jochtal" skiing and hiking area in just a few minutes.
Fresh from our garden, we offer crisp salad to pick yourself in summer. Once a week we also accompany our guests on a hike together.
Our bread roll service ensures a relaxed start to the day. With the free Mobil-Card, which we provide you with, you can use all public transport conveniently and free of charge.
The indoor swimming pool in Meransen is also available to our guests almost free of charge - perfect relaxation after an active day in the mountains.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
