Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. 1 double bedroom with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Bath/bidet/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 15.11. to 31.05. Small balcony. Sitting area. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, 15 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "ID fermata: 6382SA" 350 m, railway station "Marilleva 900". Skisport facilities 500 m, slopes 50 m, ski rental 500 m, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 500 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Marilleva-Campiglio-Folgarida 100 m. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago dei Caprioli 17 km, Lago di Covel 26 km. Hiking paths: Cascate di Valor 28 km, Ponte Tibetano 32 km, Cascate Saent 34 km. Please note: In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
