Inside, the apartment is bright, spacious and welcoming, featuring a cozy living area with satellite TV and a charming wood-burning stove, perfect for cooler evenings. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need, including a traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and American coffee machine. There are two comfortable bedrooms, one with two single beds, and one with a double bed (made of two single mattresses) plus an additional single bed, making it ideal for families or small groups. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC (no bidet) and a washing machine. A private garage parking space is also included and is conveniently located about 50 meters from the apartment.

Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted Pets other than dogs are not permitted. Guests must register visitors to their booked accommodation with the host in advance. It is not permitted to use the accommodation without proper registration.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
