Two-story holiday apartment for 2-6 people.
Private entrance with a large terrace leads to the living room, a separate kitchen, and a guest toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a shower, bathtub, bidet, and toilet.
The master bedroom has a second double bed, suitable for families with 2-4 children. Each bedroom and the living room have a balcony.
Kitchen: 4-burner stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, kettle, and dishes.
Living area: Satellite TV and a large sofa. Bed linens, towels, and tea towels are included.
Behind the house, amidst lush meadows, is our swimming pool with a sunbathing lawn overlooking the entire Adige Valley.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
