Many of our guests enjoy a staycation here, and the huge, sunny south-facing balcony quickly becomes their favorite spot. The panoramic view from Schenna across the Merano basin to Dorf Tirol is enchanting.
The apartment is located on the top floor and features sloping ceilings and solid wooden beams. It includes a double bedroom, a combined living room and kitchen with a large, comfortable corner sofa, a dining area, a modern walk-in shower/toilet with a window, and a small, separate children's room with flexible beds (bunk beds or single beds as needed) and a skylight.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
