Situated in a typical local house that is almost 120 years old, our top-floor flat not only offers a lovely and individual interior design, but also a breathtaking view of the Sciliar and the beautiful golf course. Experience the unique combination of historical charm and modern living culture - ideal for an unforgettable stay.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped, large eat-in kitchen with a cosy corner bench and large windows that invite you to linger. In addition to a separate pantry and a veranda, there are two bright bedrooms with spacious wardrobes and comfortable bed systems that can be flexibly adapted to your needs. The spacious living room and master bedroom have direct access to the sun terrace, while the bathroom is conveniently equipped with a washing machine that can be used free of charge. The toilet is separate.

The outdoor area impresses with a sunny terrace, which not only invites you to relax and sunbathe, but also offers a fantastic view. Ideal for cosy hours outdoors, there is plenty of seating available here. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet while taking in the beauty of the South Tyrolean landscape.

Numerous leisure activities are waiting to be discovered in the neighbourhood of our house. Whether golfing on the picturesque golf course right outside the door, exploring the Alpe di Siusi by cable car, which is within walking distance, or other excursion destinations nearby - Siusi at the foot of the Sciliar opens the door to countless adventures in the heart of the Dolomites. Thanks to the immediate proximity to bike, ski and snowboard hire, as well as a wide range of sporting and cultural activities, there is certainly nothing left to be desired here.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
