The holiday apartment is located in a straw bale house built according to ecological building principles. All building materials and the interior furnishings of this passive house are natural – straw, wood, clay, and terracotta. The shielded electrical installation reduces exposure to alternating electromagnetic fields. The indoor climate is excellent, and the natural materials transform the apartment into a haven of well-being. Flooded with light and spacious, the apartment is ideal for families, two couples, or two people who appreciate having plenty of room to spread out. A wood-burning stove provides a cozy atmosphere and warmth.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
