Our holiday flat is a cosy, two-storey flat immersed in the welcoming atmosphere of Tyrolean style and characterised by exposed wooden beams. Recently renovated, the Abete offers a perfect combination of comfort and South Tyrolean tradition with its spacious rooms and attention to detail.
The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing delicious meals with local produce, while the living room with dining area offers a cosy place to relax and socialise. The three bedrooms are tastefully decorated and offer a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring.
But what makes the Spruce truly unique is its magnificent terrace with hot tub, the perfect place to enjoy a breathtaking panorama of the surrounding mountains. In the midst of the silence of the Alps, you can enjoy moments of well-being and relaxation.
The strategic location of Gargazon between Merano and Bolzano allows you to easily explore the beauties of both cities. Merano, with its gardens, thermal baths and Mediterranean atmosphere, is just a short distance away. Bolzano, rich in culture and history, is also within easy reach and offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself in city life and visit famous museums, such as the museum dedicated to Ötzi the Iceman.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
