Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with 1 double sofabed and open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 30.04. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Carisolo: Apartment block "Grual", 2 storeys. In the centre of Carisolo, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 1.4 km from the skiing area. For shared use: lawn for sunbathing (fenced). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, drying room. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Roofed, parking at the house. Pedestrian zone 100 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 800 m. Cycle lane 100 m, skisport facilities 1.4 km, ski rental 1.4 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
