For shared use: lawn for sunbathing (fenced). In the house: storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine. Linen change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Towel change weekly (suppl. charge extra). Room cleaning weekly on request (extra). Parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Pedestrian zone 150 m, 5 minute walk to the centre, bus stop 800 m. Cycle lane 100 m, skisport facilities 1.4 km, ski rental 1.4 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
