Exit to the garden. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave). Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with 1 double bed. Exit to the veranda. 1 room with panoramic window with 1 x 2 bunk beds. Bath/bidet/WC. Boiler. Heating available only from 01.12. to 01.05. Small garden. Very beautiful view of the mountains. Payment terms and -periods
After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
