A comfortable and spacious organic farm in Karnol - St. Andrä near Brixen. Our holiday apartment "MARTIN" is very spacious and ideal for 4-6 people.

The apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a very large eat-in kitchen with a double sofa bed, and a shower with toilet. A second bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, as well as a shower with toilet, can also be rented.

Our spacious holiday apartment is furnished entirely with solid Swiss pine wood from our own forest.

Our organic farm is a dairy farm with approximately 18 cows, heifers, and calves from our own breeding program.

Children can also admire our donkey "Mara," the kitten "Sara," the many guinea pigs, rabbits, and chickens.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
