On our traditional farm in the small village of Sarns, south of Brixen, we opened our spacious holiday apartment for guests in May 2019.
This very comfortable and quiet apartment with a terrace, accommodating 2 to 6 people, impresses with its size and natural charm. The 70 m² apartment offers a generous living room with a dining table, a comfortable sofa bed, and a flat-screen TV, a well-equipped kitchen, two quiet bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard with natural materials: the furniture and bedroom flooring are made of natural wood. A mains disconnect switch and anti-stress beds ensure a particularly restful sleep. Underfloor heating creates a cozy and inviting atmosphere in winter. Below the apartment is a large garden with a lawn and a barbecue area. The gentle sound of the fountain promotes inner peace and relaxation. The apartment offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday. Come and discover it for yourself!

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
