Our holiday apartment on Lake Garda is situated in a quiet yet convenient location between Arco and Riva.
The penthouse, with a total of 140 m², including a 70 m² south-facing terrace, is the only apartment in the building.
It is modern and tastefully furnished, and the floor-to-ceiling windows make it bright and welcoming.
The apartment consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, two bedrooms, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with a shower, bidet, toilet, and window.
The cast-iron wood-burning stove in the living room provides a cozy atmosphere during the autumn and winter seasons.
On the terrace, there is a gazebo with a dining area and a gas grill, yet you still have plenty of space to relax on the loungers and soak up the sun.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
