The resort is located on the outskirts of Scoglitti, a tranquil seaside town overlooking the Strait of Sicily. Nearby is the ancient Greek archaeological site of Kamarina, making the resort an ideal base for all types of holidays, from lazy days by the sea to cultural excursions. The nearby town of Vittoria, famous for its refined Liberty-style architecture, is just a short drive away. The stunning Baroque towns of the Val di Noto are also easily accessible for those keen to explore southern Sicily's rich heritage.

This cozy and practical apartment is a great choice for couples or small families. Inside, you'll find a bright living area with a double bed, a TV, and a dining area. There is also a separate bedroom with up to four beds. The apartment has an independent entrance accessible from external corridors.The compact kitchenette is fully equipped with all the essentials for preparing meals, and the modern bathroom includes a shower and contemporary fixtures. For added comfort, the apartment has air conditioning. The interior is styled with a simple, fresh aesthetic and a touch of Mediterranean charm, which perfectly complements the relaxed seaside vibe of the village.

The resort where the apartment is located features a spacious outdoor swimming pool open from late April to late September, as well as various sports and recreational areas. There is a restaurant and bar on site. During the high season, the resort offers organized activities and entertainment for children and adults, creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere for all ages. Accommodations are spread across four recently built, low-rise buildings. Units are accessible via external walkways and feature private entrances.

Just a short distance from the resort lies the charming fishing village of Scoglitti, well-known for its daily fish markets, traditional Sicilian cuisine, and proximity to cultural treasures such as the ancient Greek ruins of Kamarina. The surrounding region invites exploration, with easy access to the Ragusa, Modica, and Scicli—UNESCO World Heritage Sites celebrated for their ornate architecture and rich history. Nature lovers can also enjoy nearby coastal trails and protected natural areas that highlight Sicily's diverse landscapes.

The sea is just 1 km from the property, and guests can either walk to the beach in about 10 minutes via a public path or take advantage of a shuttle service that operates at set times exclusively for resort guests. The private beach area, which can be accessed via a dedicated walkway, offers amenities such as changing cabins, a bar, and showers. Beach service, included with the Club Card, provides one umbrella and two deckchairs per room starting from the second row.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the property, and free parking is offered both inside and outside the resort (unattended, subject to availability).
From May 25 to September 14, the Club Card is included in your stay, giving guests full access to the pools, beach services, shuttle transport, sports facilities, and entertainment programmes for all ages.
Small pets are welcome upon request with prior approval. A fixed pet fee applies, and pets are not permitted in common areas, the beach, or dining rooms.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
