The residence, located on a hill in the centre of the village, and in particular from the swimming pool with hydromassage, offers an enchanting view of the sea and sunsets, distinguishing the provinces of Reggio Calabria (Strait of Messina), Messina (Taormina), Catania (Etna), Syracuse.

The villa is divided into two independent flats on two floors plus a habitable attic; the owners live on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a three-room flat, surrounded by a porch and a garden with fruit trees. There is also a swimming pool and a veranda for breakfast, lunch and dinner (with sofas and tables), and a fitness area.
