The villa is a spacious 120m² property with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The villa has a double bed in the first bedroom, two single beds in the second, another double bed in the third and two single beds in the fourth.

The property is equipped with modern conveniences including a shower, oven, freezer, microwave, fridge and a fully fitted kitchen. Guests can relax outside with garden furniture, a gazebo and a barbecue. Other amenities include a washing machine, satellite TV, heating, a dehumidifier and an alarm system for added convenience. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
