The holiday home for 7 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool (private), a garden, a barbecue, a balcony and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The villa is located 4 km away from Scicli, a town declared a Unesco heritage site, and the beautiful beach of Sampieri, one of the most renowned locations in the 'Commissario Montalbano' fiction.

The building, totally built in white limestone typical of the area, is on two levels. On the first is a fully equipped kitchen (with a beautiful stone oven), a dining room, a large living room, a bathroom, and a large suite with a double bed and 1 single bed. On the upper level there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom with bath and a wonderful terrace from which to enjoy the sea view. The house has a charming, refined and elegant décor. Note: electricity is included in the price up to a consumption of kWh 150 per week. beyond this limit, it will be charged. On arrival, payment of the Tourist Tax, required by the Municipality of Scicli, is required, excluding children under 12 years of age.

The villa has a breathtaking view and is immersed in a Sicilian garden. In the very large garden you can find many enchanting corners among the lemon trees, the vineyard, aromatic herbs, and other Mediterranean plants. In the centre of the garden is the swimming pool area, perfectly and elegantly equipped. Tables, chairs, deckchairs, a BBQ, a bocce court and much more complete the outdoor area that will make you experience unforgettable moments of relaxation! The pool area features a large solarium area and a sauna.

The area where the villa is located is undoubtedly one of the most popular areas of Sicily. The proximity to the wonderful golden sandy beaches of this area, Scicli, the entire Sicilian Baroque (Noto, Modica, Ragusa Ibla) makes this area an absolute must-see during a holiday in Sicily.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
