The villa is on two levels and has a comfortable interior with attention to detail.

Interior Description - First Floor
From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to the first floor (which can also be accessed from the outside via a flight of steps) which enjoys a lovely furnished terrace with a sea view.
The first floor consists of a hallway with a large wardrobe and a sleeping area with 3 bedrooms, decorated in three different colours.
All 3 rooms each have an en suite bathroom with shower, TV, safe and mini fridge.
The green room has a double bed.
The blue room is a triple room with a double bed and an additional single bed.
The orange room is very large and has a double bed and a sofa bed that can extend to become a comfortable bunk bed if necessary. The orange room also has a separate entrance and overlooks the furnished terrace.
Each room is air-conditioned.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
