The flat Amarillis, facing the sea, is located in the province of Ragusa, right on the sandy beach of Caucana, a small seaside residential area 2 km from Punta Secca and 4 km from Marina di Ragusa, in the Val di Noto area, the baroque heart of south-eastern Sicily.
It is located on a coastal road, Lungomare della Anticaglie, a few minutes from an interesting archaeological park that hosts various cultural events during the summer season.
Punta Secca, a renowned fishing village, is 2 km from the flat and is home to the famous house of Commissario Montalbano, the protagonist of the television series of the same name.
A few kilometres away are the towns of Ragusa (27 km), Modica (28 km) and Scicli (18 km) and the wide sandy beaches of Punta Braccetto (6 km), the Randello Nature Reserve (8 km), Donnalucata (13 km) and Sampieri (24 km).
About 150 m away, an equipped lido offers bathers the possibility of renting sunbeds and umbrellas.
Also 30 km away is the 'Pio La Torre' airport at Comiso.

The accommodation outside offers a lovely terrace with a splendid sea view and direct access to the sandy beach.

The flat, with new and modern furnishings, offers two double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower.
It is distributed on two levels and the first floor is characterised by a sloping roof whose maximum height is 2 metres. The staircase connecting the two levels is very steep and is not suitable for those with walking problems.
On the ground floor is the living area and a sleeping area.
The living room-kitchen opens onto the terrace facing the sea and is equipped with a gas cooker, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and TV.

Caucana The settlements of Caucana, a seaside resort near Punta Secca, are located close to an archaeological park that preserves the remains of this locality's past. The archaeological park protects the "lungomare delle anticaglie" beach on which the remains of houses from the'antico insediamento. Il parco archeologico, durante il periodo estivo, ospita eventi culturali e manifestazioni, nonché spettacoli teatrali che hanno luogo nel grazioso teatro all’aperto in una suggestiva location in cui mare e antiche rovine si fondono armonicamente. E’ possibile, inoltre, fare delle escursioni giornaliere sul Monte Etna (135 km), alla Valle dei Templi e alla Scala dei Turchi ad Agrigento (139 km). Si possono raggiungere con facilità anche Siracusa (106 km) e Taormina (182 Km), celebri per i loro reperti archeologici e i teatri greci. A breve distanza si trova il porto di Pozzallo (32 km), con collegamenti per l'island of Malta cling to the ridge. After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
