General

The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a TV (international channels). In addition there is a swimming pool (private), an air conditioner, a garden (fenced) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN and wireless).

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher.

A 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa with parking and free WiFi, with mountain views and a private pool. The property is located in a very quiet area just 1.5 km from the town centre. The villa also has a comfortable annexe complete with table, chairs, kitchenette and fridge. You will also find a fantastic barbecue for your barbecues and a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful garden with exotic palms, lawn and Mediterranean plants. The Villa Minoa is a very convenient structure for families and for groups of up to 9 or 11 people if you wish to use the annexe as well. The outdoor pool will allow you to spend moments of absolute peace and relaxation as we have arranged comfortable deck chairs around it. The villa inside is equipped with three air-conditioners: one in the living room and one in each bedroom. The bathroom is very large and spacious with every comfort and a shower cubicle. The two double bedrooms both have an additional portable bed but if necessary we can provide additional beds in the annex or in the living room.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
