The flat in the villa consists of three bedrooms of which: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and a bedroom with single or double beds, with the possibility of adding camping cots as required, a shared bathroom, a large living room with a two-seater sofa bed, a kitchen with wood-burning oven, electric oven, indoor barbecue, gas hob, induction hob, fridge, freezer, and all the crockery needed.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
