The kitchen opens onto a private outdoor area, perfectly equipped with deckchairs, sofas and a table for pleasant outdoor lunches or dinners. There are also some areas shared with the owner, who is always discreet and available for any need.

Perfectly connected, the villa is only 30 minutes from Catania airport, a 10-minute walk from the Giarre-Riposto railway station and the circumetnea railway, and just a 5-minute walk from the marina. The area offers all kinds of services: supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies and an excellent fish market with fresh fish every day.
During the day you can relax between sea and nature, while in the evening you will have the opportunity to experience the lively movida of Catania, Taormina and the surrounding area.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
