Villa Veranda Panoramica is spacious and cosy, set in a large private garden of about 10,000 m², located on the top of a hill with an open 360 degree view. The property offers spacious and well-kept rooms, ideal for those seeking tranquillity and contact with nature. Inside, the villa has a large living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a connecting dining room, as well as two verandas: one closed with panoramic windows and one open, both furnished with tables, chairs and a barbecue. On the ground floor there is also a large bathroom with external access. On the upper floor, accessible by an internal staircase, there is an attic double bedroom, a small bedroom with two single beds and a second complete bathroom. The spaces are comfortable and well-lit, with suitable heights also in the attic area. Two large parking areas, independent entrances and a garden full of paths, natural caves and viewpoints complete the property.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
