General

The holiday home for 12 persons has four bathrooms and four bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV (international channels). In addition there is a balcony, an air conditioner, a barbecue, a swimming pool (private) and a garden (fenced). You can park your car on a parking lot (indoor). The badroom is equipped with a shower.

The holiday home has a freezer, a Internet connection (ADSL, ISDN, wireless) and a washing machine.

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot.

Mediterranean vegetation. Furnished in arte povera style, it is on two levels with a total area of 140 square metres. The entrance to the house is through a gate, into the garden in front of the Villa and from the large covered parking area, lined with prickly pear plants typical of Sicily, and the whole variety of plants in the garden, from olive trees to palm trees, from pomelias to banana trees.

From the flourishing garden there is access to the house and then to the large and bright living room, characterised by a beautiful brick fireplace with armchairs and a small sofa. The living room furniture consists of a spacious dining table, a wooden sideboard that makes the room warm and cosy and a low cabinet with a LED TV. The living room leads to the kitchen, which is masonry, with wooden doors, well-equipped and complete with all the necessities for those who like to juggle at the cooker: utensils, dishes and pots and pans are all at your disposal in the various compartments. The oven and cooker are electric and practical, and everything is illuminated by a French window with a view of the veranda and garden. The laundry room is complete with shower, pilozza, toilet and washing machine. The sleeping area consists of a bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a spacious wardrobe, a double bedroom with wardrobe and chest of drawers and a single bedroom with another wooden wardrobe. The attic, on the other hand, which is accessed by an internal staircase, comprises a large living room with a double sofa bed, a spacious veranda overlooking the garden below, a double bedroom with another large wardrobe with mirror, and a bathroom with toilet and shower.

The whole house is furnished in such a way as to be comfortable during both summer and winter holidays, thanks to the beautiful fireplace that makes the room cosy, armchairs and a sofa where you can relax in front of the LED TV and a large table for those who like to dine in company. The house is equipped with methane heating, air conditioning and hot water.

Outside there is a spacious veranda, with a rustic kitchen equipped with a cooker, and a large, comfortable barbecue and shower; the veranda furnishings include: comfortable armchairs and a rocking chair for total relaxation. There is a wonderful private swimming pool with hydro-massage, open from April until October inclusive.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
