The property is situated just 2.3 km from Marina di Ragusa, a vibrant seaside town in southern Sicily known for its long sandy beaches, crystal-clear waters, and lively promenade. Ragusa’s historic center is only a short drive away, and Comiso Airport can be reached in around 35 minutes, making this an ideal base for discovering the southeastern coast of Sicily.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
