Casa Viola located in Pozzallo in via Liguria,12 central area of the town a few steps from the beautiful beach of fine golden sand "Lungomare Pietre Nere" near the supermarket, greengrocer, bakery, pastry shop, rotisserie where you can taste our Sicilian specialities scaccette and arancini etc..... also within easy walking distance is our central square with the majestic Cabrera Tower and you can take long walks along the main street.

It is a single house consisting of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, one double the other 3 possible to have them with separate single beds or double beds, has 2 bathrooms one with a bath and the second with a shower, 2 fully equipped kitchens with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, one on the ground floor and the other on the first floor, a living room, dining room with TV, a veranda overlooking a small garden and finally on the first floor a terrace with wooden roof super spacious and comfortable for lunch and dinner and to make tasty barbecues equipped with barbecue.

the beach is about 500 metres away and it is within walking distance to the town/city centre with everything you need - supermarket, restaurant, shops, etc. is about 600 metres away

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
