Casa Bianca Rais Gerbi is a villa with two of the rental flats (Rais flat and Gerbi flat) adjoining but independent. It stands on the promontory of Rais Gerbi in Finale di Pollina just 10 kilometres from Cefalù and just 1 km from the small town of Finale di Pollina. It borders the former Valtur village of Pollina, now Mangia's Pollina Resort, in one of the most beautiful places in Sicily.

The Gerbi flat enjoys a view between the green of the countryside and the blue of the sea to be admired from the portion of the terrace exclusive to the flat and from a solarium overlooking the sea shared with the guests of Casa Bianca Rais Gerbi.
The flat with its 70 square metres, located on the ground floor, facing the garden and the sea, can comfortably accommodate 4-5 people.
It consists of an entrance-living room with three beds (2+1 on request) leading to a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a kitchen equipped with all comforts (5-burner stove, fridge and freezer, oven column with microwave and ventilated oven) .
The flat is furnished with the essentials for a holiday by the sea: the kitchen is equipped with utensils, dishes and crockery sized for house guests, the bathroom with a hairdryer. Satellite TV in the bedroom.
Linen is provided and can be changed during the stay for a fee.
The outdoor area is furnished with a sitting area and a table and umbrella.
The sea, with a pebble beach, is about 50 metres from the flat and can be accessed directly from the garden by an internal staircase.
Guests have a reserved parking space directly in the villa.
Check in is allowed from 1 p.m. and check out must be done by 10 a.m.

The other RAIS flat in Casa Bianca Rais Gerbi offers the opportunity to accommodate an additional 4-5 persons.

Less than a kilometre from Casa Bianca Rais Gerbi is the small town of Finale di Pollina where you can find supermarkets, a pharmacy, a doctor, a bank with cash dispenser, pizzerias, bars and restaurants.
Cefalù is about 15 minutes (12km) away by car and is one of the main tourist centres in Sicily.
From the area it is possible to organise excursions to visit the villages in the Madonie Park such as Castelbuono, known for its good cuisine. Boats can be hired at the Port of Cefalù.

Casa Bianca Rais Gerbi offers the opportunity to experience the sea in relaxation without having to take the car and to enjoy history, art, culture, gastronomy, nature, and events between Cefalù and the characteristic villages of the Madonie Park.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
