The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a fireplace. In addition there is a balcony, a swimming pool, an air conditioner, a terrace, a porch, a set of garden furniture, a barbecue and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, three showers, a washbasin, a bidet and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and a coffee maker.

It comes furnished with a double bed and can accommodate a child, if requested, a fully equipped bathroom, and an open kitchen that includes a dining table, a hob, a fridge and a coffee machine. You have complete access to Wifi, parking, the shared spaces in the Villa, such as the terrace, the pool, a barbecue gazebo and the huge 3400 m² garden, making it easier to spend more time together while engaging in different activities.

If you enjoy adventures, you can go surfing on the beach, if you enjoy history, the magnificent Greek temples and amphitheatres await your arrival, a 30-minute drive away in Segesta, or you just want to recharge and relax – stay in at the villa for a refreshing swim session and sunbathing. To make your evenings dreamier, you should dine at the beachside restaurants, admiring the golden sunsets with the endless coastal breeze.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
