Nestled in the heart of Pantelleria’s Bukkuram district-part of the Sicilian region and administratively belonging to the Province of Trapani. It lies on a sun-drenched plateau about 200 meters above sea level and is surrounded by approximately four hectares of lush vineyards. This peaceful area, located on the southwest side of the island

The estate comprises three ancient dammusi, traditional stone houses built from volcanic rock, offering an authentic and immersive experience. The gently sloping terraces open to panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and sea, offering particularly captivating sunsets. Though immersed in nature, the residence is conveniently located just three kilometers from the nearest rocky coves and a five-minute drive from Shurhuk Beach. The town of Pantelleria is around 8 km away and the airport is approximately 10 km away; both are easily reachable by car.

As part of a working vineyard, Bukkuram Residence offers guests the opportunity to experience the essence of the island through wine-related activities. These include sunset tastings, vineyard dinners, and participation in the late summer grape harvest. Its private, end-of-road location ensures complete tranquility, making it the perfect retreat for travelers seeking peace, scenic beauty, and a genuine connection to Pantelleria’s rich agricultural heritage.

The deluxe suites offer spacious double rooms of approximately 35 square meters, each uniquely designed with its own character. The Garden Suites are set within a historic Pantellerian garden, where citrus trees frame the entrance and create a serene, fragrant atmosphere. Inside, the generous interiors open onto private terraces with captivating views of the sea and surrounding vineyards. Among them, the standout is Sardune—an exclusive suite distinguished by its impressive barrel-vaulted ceiling, entirely clad in traditional Pantelleria stone. All suites are thoughtfully equipped with air conditioning, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a mini fridge, ensuring both comfort and a strong sense of place.

The Estate invites guests to enjoy truly unique and memorable experiences.

One highlight is the wine tasting, organized in collaboration with the Abraxas winery, whose wines are produced in Randazzo. Held amidst the vineyards of the Estate, these events combine expert-led stargazing with professional equipment and wine tastings accompanied by aperitifs at sunset.

From August to mid-September, guests can also take part in the grape harvest on the Estate’s 4 hectares of vineyards, offering an authentic connection to local tradition.

For those who enjoy outdoor exploration, the Estate offers convenient rental of standard or pedal-assisted bicycles, perfect for discovering the scenic trails of the Pantelleria National Park.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
