To the left is a windowed bathroom with shower and bidet. A corridor leads to the sleeping area; a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a single bed. From the open space, via a windowed balcony and steps, there is access to a small terrace that can be used as an outdoor area. Pruni's Home is the ideal starting point for discovering Palermo. In a few minutes' walk you can reach the Teatro Massimo, the Quattro Canti and the Cappella Palatina, immersed in a city where art and history are experienced at every turn.
The location is also perfect for those who love the sea. Mondello, with its white beach and crystal clear water, can be reached in a few minutes and offers well-equipped lidos, restaurants and a lively summer atmosphere. Addaura offers rocky coves, clear seabeds and perfect areas for snorkelling and scenic swimming.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
