Modern flat of 70 square metres on the second floor of a building with lift. The building is located in the modern centre of the city and not far from the historical centre (20 minutes on foot). The area in which it is located is the most prestigious area of Palermo (Libertà-Notarbartolo district) and is full of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, villas and gardens, ..... Its proximity to several gardens makes it particularly suitable for families. In front of the flat it is possible to park with hourly tickets (purchasable at the Tabacchi opposite), but some free parking spaces are also available. Parking is free in the evenings, on Saturday afternoons/evenings and on Sundays.
It has a nice little balcony with plants, a green wall and a small table with two Art Nouveau chairs.
The flat includes a kitchen (equipped with dishes, coffee and toast machine, fridge, traditional oven, dining table) and living room with sofa bed and 55-inch Samsung TV. But the real special feature are the two double bedrooms, each with its own clean and original comfortable bathroom. The flat is particularly suitable for groups and families in view of the number of beds available (4 in two bedrooms + 2 in the living room with sofa bed) while the presence of fast internet connection (fibre) favours its use for Smart Working. .
The flat is located a few metres from Via Libertà, in the most elegant area (Libertà-Notarbartolo) of Palermo. Nearby there are shops and services of all kinds. A hundred metres away is the magnificent Villa Sperlinga - open 24 hours - with the old hunting farmhouse of the Whitaker family, with a drink-food bar open until late at night and a children's play area. In the same villa, on Saturday mornings, there is a traditional market with typical Sicilian products.
The flat was completely renovated in late 2017 by a famous architectural firm in Palermo and dedicated to Luigi Pirandello. It stands out for the modernity of the design and the originality of the ceilings with modern and original lighting.
