Loredana's house is a flat in Pchino located in a quiet residential area within a block of flats, on the ground floor, with a large terrace that serves as a parking space.
It is located only 2 km from the beautiful bay of Marzamemi, 6 km from Portopalo di Capo Passero, 20 km from Noto, 26 km from Avola, 25 km from Pozzallo, 39 km from Modica.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
