The holiday home for 15 persons has nine bathrooms and nine bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds, two single beds, a double sofa bed, a doubter bed and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with 11 air conditioners, a set of garden furniture, a bar, a garden, a barbecue, a table tennis table, a swimming pool, a billiard, a football table and a terrace. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with nine showers, nine washbasins, nine toilets and nine bidets.

Further afield, Ragusa and Noto, both Baroque gems offer incredible architectural beauty and historical insights. Scicli is another charming Baroque town worth exploring.

Culinary delights are within easy reach, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés all located within 1 km of the property, perfect for a stroll. The region surrounding Modica is famous for its rich gastronomic heritage, particularly its distinctive chocolate, made using an ancient Aztec method. Beyond chocolate, savour traditional Sicilian dishes like savoury arancini, fresh seafood from the nearby coast, and a variety of pasta dishes.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
