The flat is furnished in an original and refined antique style, with white stone walls, a wooden ceiling and floors in pitch stone and decorated tiles.

On a mezzanine there is a relaxation area furnished with a sitting room and TV; on the sitting room there is a ceiling window that allows a particular view of the dome of the Cathedral of San Giorgio.

The neighbourhood in which the flat is located offers a beautiful view of the city and is very characteristic with its little houses, narrow streets and stairways.
Modica is a perfect starting point for visiting the baroque UNESCO heritage towns of the Val di Noto: within a short distance are Scicli (10 km), Ragusa Ibla (13 km), Ispica (18 km) and Noto (37 km).
The beautiful golden sandy beaches of Marina di Modica and Sampieri are 23 km away, and the Comiso 'Pio La Torre' airport is 42 km away.

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
