The holiday home for 15 persons has four bathrooms and six bedrooms and is equipped with six double beds and two double sofa beds. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces and two televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool, a balcony or terrace, a barbecue, an air conditioner, a balcony and a garden. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with seven washbasins, four bidets, four toilets and four showers.

Sleeping up to 15 guests across six bedrooms, the house combines countryside calm with easy access to Palermo’s markets, beaches, and historic landmarks.

Most mornings begin beside the private pool with coffee and fruit picked up from local bakeries earlier in the day, while afternoons drift between garden lunches, swimming, and slower hours beneath the covered terraces overlooking the valley. By evening, the outdoor grill and fireplace usually become the centre of the villa while seafood, Sicilian wine, and warm evening air replace any remaining plans altogether. The atmosphere feels relaxed and sun-soaked rather than polished, making it especially easy for larger groups to settle in quickly.

Castello dell’Emiro can be reached within roughly 9 minutes and overlooks the Eleuterio Valley from its rocky hillside position. Aspra Beach lies around 20 minutes away and is known for colourful fishing boats, seafood restaurants, and evening promenade walks along the coast. Palermo sits approximately 30 minutes from the villa and is best explored slowly through Ballarò Market, Palermo Cathedral, and the gold mosaics inside the Palatine Chapel rather than rushed between monuments.

Please note that the private swimming pool is open from March through October.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
